摘　　要：目的探讨阴道超声宫腔造影对绝经后子宫内膜病变的早期诊断价值。方法应用阴道超声宫腔造影对30例绝经后阴道不规则出血患者进行检查,观察其内膜变化,以病理结果为标准,评价阴道超声宫腔造影的诊断符合率。结果子宫内膜增生6例,子宫内膜息肉12例,粘膜下子宫肌瘤8例,子宫内膜癌4例。阴道超声宫腔造影与普通阴道超声相比,对于子宫内膜病变类型的鉴别优于普通阴道超声。结论阴道超声宫腔造影方法简单易行,能清晰显示宫腔内病变,有利于提高宫腔内病变的诊断准确率,是诊断和鉴别绝经后不规则出血原因的可行方法。Objective Investigate the transvaginal ultrasound imaging of the uterine endometrium in postmenopausal early diagnosis of disease.Methods Application of transvaginal ultrasound imaging of 30 cases of uterine cavity in postmenopausal patients with irregular bleeding vaginal examination,to observe the endometrial changes in pathology results as the standard,evaluation of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of uterine cavity in line with the rate of contrast.Results 6 cases of endometrial hyperplasia,12 cases of endometrial polyps, subraucous uterine myoma eight cases, four cases of endometrial cancer. Transvaginal ultrasound imaging of uterine transvaginal ultrasound compared with the ordinary for the type of endometrial lesions is superior to the ordinary differential transvaginal ultrasound. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound imaging cavity is simple, clearly show that intrauterine lesions, will help improve the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions accuracy rate is the differential diagnosis and causes of irregular bleeding in postmenopausal possible ways.
