摘 要:目的初步建立中缅树鼩生化遗传学标记检测法,探讨树鼩生化基因位点的多态性.方法参考近交系小鼠-大鼠生化遗传标记检测方法,用树鼩某些同工酶生化标记位点的乙酸纤维素膜电泳技术研究了普通级树鼩的遗传多态性.结果树在Car2,Es3上呈单态性,在Es1,Trf,Akp1,Ce2个位点上呈现多态性,等位基因从6~7个不等,平均等位基因数6.3.结论初步建立了树鼩生化遗传学标记检测法,为树鼩实验动物化积累了基础资料.Objective To set up preliminarily the biochemical genetic markers of tree shrews,and discuss the polymorphisms of biochemical genetic sites.Methods According to the methods of Laboratory animal-Genetic monitoring:methods for biochemical markers of inbred mice and rats,genetic polymorphisms were studied through detecting some isoenzyme activities of tree shrews with the cellulose acetate film electrophoresis.Results Six biochemical genetic sites,that is Car-2,Es-1,Es-3,Trf,Akp-1,Ce-2,for more then 30 tree shrews were analyzed and compared.Among the 6 biochemical loci,the locus Car-2,Es-3 had only one allele,while the locus Es-1,Trf,Akp-1,Ce-2 had two to four alleles,respectively.Average allele number was recorded as 6.3.Conclusions The detecting methods of biochemical genetics have been established preliminarily.The genetic polymorphisms of biochemical markers will provide basic data for the genetic monitoring of tree shrews and for the making tree shrews to become laboratory animal.
