MSCTU与IVU对肾集合系统及输尿管显影能力的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究MSCTU与IVU两种方法对肾集合系统及输尿管显影能力的差别.方法75例患者均行CTU检查,其中62例行IVU检查,将双侧肾集合系统及输尿管各分成4部分,即肾内集合系统、上段输尿管、中段输尿管和下段输尿管,评价MSCTU及IVU对各段的显影情况并做对比分析.结果MSCTU对肾内集合系统及上段、中段输尿管的显影情况优于IVU(P<0.05);MSCTU和IVU对下段输尿管的显示无明显差别(P>0.05).结论MSCTU对于肾集合系统及上、中段输尿管的显影情况优于IVU.Objective To compare the difference in opacifications of the collecting system and ureters between MSCTU and IVU.Methods Seventy-five patients underwent MSCT urography.There were 61 of 75 patients imaged by IVU at the same time.Each collecting system and ureter were divided into four parts（intrarenal,upper,middle and distal ureter）,and three independent readers were scored and the difference in opacification of them between MSCTU and IVU was compared.Results The scores of MSCTU were higher than IVU in the intrarenal,middle and upper ureter（P0.05）,and the scores of MSCT and IVU were same in the distal ureter.Conclusion The opacification of the collecting system and ureters with MSCTU is superior to that of IVU.
