背阔肌肌皮瓣在乳房修复和重建中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过背阔肌肌皮瓣在乳腺癌术后Ⅰ期乳房修复和重建的研究,探讨适合中国女性乳腺癌患者的乳房再造方式.方法20例患者采用背阔肌肌皮瓣带蒂转移乳房再造;11例联合假体置入乳房再造.结果再造手术均取得成功,患者满意度高,可接受度100%.结论乳腺癌术后Ⅰ期背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造能同时满足肿瘤治疗和形体美容的要求,提高患者生活质量,背阔肌肌皮瓣再造对中国女性适用性好,值得推广.Objective Through the study of the latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap using in breast repair and reconstruction following breast-conserving surgery,to investigate the reconstruction methods suitable for Chinese women patients with breast cancer.Methods 20 patients recieved transferred pedicled latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap for breast reconstruction;11 cases of breast reconstruction used prosthesis implantation.Results The breast reconstruction operations were successful,the patients＇ satisfaction was high,the acceptable rate was 100%.Conclusions The latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap using in breast repair and reconstruction following breast-conserving surgery at the same time can meet the cancer treatment and physical cosmetology requirements,improve the life quality of patients.The breast reconstruction using latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap has a high applicability for Chinese women,and deserve to be popularized.
