调免饮治疗免疫紊乱型反复自然流产的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药调免饮治疗免疫紊乱型反复自然流产(RSA)的临床疗效。方法将69例免疫紊乱型反复自然流产患者随机分为两组,其中,治疗组35例,服用中药调免饮,对照组34例,服用知柏地黄丸、补中益气丸。治疗时间为3个月,治疗前后检测封闭抗体效率(Ab1)、抗独特型抗体(Ab2)、自身免疫抗体、血清白细胞介素(IL)-10、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)的水平。结果治疗组治疗后Ab1,Ab2转阳率达80%,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。IL-10,M-CSF显著提高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组各种抗体的转阴率为88.6%,年内受孕率48.6%,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药调免饮对免疫紊乱型反复自然流产有较高的临床疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Tiaomian Drink （traditional chinese drug） to immune disorder-type recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA）. Methods Sixty-nine patients with immune disorder-type RSA were randomly divided into two groups by ballot. Thirty-five patients in treatment group took Tiaomian Drink, and 34 patients in the control group took Zhibodihuang Pill and Center-Supplementing Qi-Boosting Pill（ Chinese medicine）. All patients in each group were treated for three months. Blocking antibody （Abl ） ,anti idiotype antibody （Ab2） ,autoirnmune antibody and serum IL-10,M-CSF were monitored before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment,positive conversion rate of Abl and Ab2 in the treatment group was 74.3%. In the treatment group,the level of IL-10 and M-CSF afer treatment was obviously higher than that of before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group, the negative conversion rate of various reproductive antibodies was 88.6% ,which was higher than that of the control group（ P 〉0.05 ）. The conception rate within one year in the treatment group was 48.6% （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tiaomian Drink may play an important role in immuno-regulation in patients with immune-disorder-type RSA,and it has good curative effect.
