纤溶酶联合低分子肝素治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察纤溶酶联合低分子肝素治疗下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)临床疗效。方法 63例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组32例,对照组31例;治疗组应用纤溶酶100u静脉滴注,1次/d,共10d;低分子肝素钙5000u,皮下注射,2次/d,共10d,其余和对照组相同。对照组应用低分子肝素钙5000u,皮下注射,1次/d,共10d,低分子右旋糖酐注射液加丹参滴注。通过两组比较,评价纤溶酶联合低分子肝素治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。结果治疗组有效率93.75%,对照组有效率74.19%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论纤溶酶联合低分子肝素治疗下肢深静脉血栓在临床症状、体征明显好转或消失的同时,无严重并发症,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of fibrinolysin combined with low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities（DVT）. Methods Sixty-three patients with DVT were randomly divided into treatment group （thirty-two patients） and control group （thirty-one patients）. The treatment group ： 100u fibrinolysin was given by intravenous drip once a day for 10 consecutive days and 5000u low molecular heparin calcium by hypodermic injection twice a day for 10 consecutive days. The other administrated methods were the same as the control group. The control group ： low molecular dextran was given by intravenous drip with salvia mihiorrhiza and low molecular heparin calcium by hypodermic injection. To estimate the treatment effect of fibrinolysin combined with low molecular heparin calcium by comparing the clinical results of the two groups. Results The total effective power rate of treatment group was 93.75% and the control group was 74.19%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no other adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of fibrinolysin combined with low molecular heparin calcium on the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities is definite . It is safe to administer fibrinolysin and low molecular heparin calcium.
