上海都市型现代农业发展新对策

摘　　要：在新形势下,从性质、功能和目标三方面对上海都市型现代农业重新进行定位,围绕园艺产业、农业物流产业、涉农产业和休闲农业产业四条产业链,寻找上海都市型现代农业产业发展的突破口,根据沪郊区域资源和环境承载能力及开发需求,优化与调整上海都市型现代农业的空间布局,提出上海都市型现代农业发展的政策保障。Under the new situation,the modern agriculture in Shanghai metropolis was reoriented in terms of nature, function and target;the breakthrough points of developing the urban modern agriculture in Shanghai were sought round the four industrial chains in horticultural industry,agricultural materials circulation industry, agriculture-related industry and recreational agricultural industry; the spatial distribution of the urban modern agriculture was adjusted and optimized according to the suburbs local resources, environmental carrying capacity and development requirements; and lastly the support policies were put forward to develop the urban modern agriculture.
