摘  要:应用新型改性磷酸盐无机铸造粘结剂,测试了粘结剂自硬砂和热硬砂的抗拉强度、发气性、溃散性等,并与传统粘结剂性能进行了比较,证明了其优越的性能。实际应用表明,新型改性磷酸盐无机铸造粘结剂能用于铸铁、铸钢件的生产,尤其用于有色合金铸造,完全可解决有机树脂溃散性差的问题。Properties such as tensile strength, gas forming and shakeout of both no bake and hot cured sand of a new modified phosphate casting binder were tested. The comparision between the a new modified phosphate casting binder and the traditional binders were performed, which proved that the new binder has great advantages. Practices show that the new binder is applicable to the manufacture of cast iron, steel and especially to aluminum alloy, which shows good sand shakeout property that is not obtained by organic binder.
