摘 要:研究了加入不同含量Cr粉对负压自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术制备的表面复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Cr粉在SHS中细化了TiC颗粒,降低了TiC/Fe复合材料的硬度,提高了基底的硬度,改善了复合材料和基底的硬度梯度。Cr alloy powders were added into compacting blocks of self-propagation high temperature synthesis (SHS) to produce in-situ TiC reinforced steel matrix composites on a steel substrate, and their effect on the microstructure and hardness of the composites was investigated. The results show that Cr was dissolved in cementite in the matrix, which can obviously refine the TiC particles fabricated by SHS, and slightly reduce the hardness of the composites, but harden the substrate near the composites and improve the hardness grade between the composites and the substrate. The SHS mechanism of TiC was discussed with addition of Cr.
