摘　　要：针对球磨机衬板材料热处理工艺,用油淬方法性能好但设备复杂;用水淬方法设备简单,但对厚铸件淬不硬;用专利淬火介质对铸件质量好,但价格又太贵。现用风淬方法使优点兼备,研究了一种ZG60Cr5MoCu钢,制作球磨机衬板性能优于高锰钢。In the case of quenching by oil, the properties of the liners are quite good but the equipment is complicated. In the case of quenching by water, the equipment is simple, but it＇s not suitable for the thick casting, which is not hard after treatment. in the case of quenching by patent medium, the quality of casting is quite good, however it is very expensive. Now one method, so called air-quench has been used in the liners of a cement ball mill made from ZG60CrSMnCu steel.
