摘 要:研究了微量硼、锆和一种复合变质剂对铸造H65黄铜的变质细化作用。结果表明,H65黄铜中加入微量硼、锆有一定的变质细化效果,但是不能完全消除铸造柱状晶组织。添加复合变质剂显著细化了H65黄铜铸态组织,使粗大的柱状晶转变为细小均匀的等轴晶,同时改善了α相组织形态。复合变质剂的添加量大于0.05%时细化效果明显。Grain refinement of cast H65 brass was studied by adding boron, zirconium and a combined addition. It was found that boron and zirconium alone were not very effective as a grain refiner. The combined addition was the effective grain refiner. The grain refinement completely eliminated the columnar grain zone of H65 brass, reduced the grain size and changed the distribution of alpha-phase precipitates in the microstructure by adding the combined addition over 0. 05% contents.
