摘  要:利用Gleeble-2000热模拟试验机对含Nb微合金钢进行了单道次压缩试验,实测了不同变形温度和变形速率下实验钢的变形抗力,分析了各变形参数对实验钢动态再结晶和变形抗力的影响。确定了实验钢的动态再结晶激活能为245.448 kJ/mol(峰态时)和166.994 kJ/mol(稳态时),并建立了实验钢高温变形抗力的数学模型。该模型具有良好的曲线拟合特性,用该模型计算的结果与实测值吻合较好,可以为计算力能参数提供理论依据。The single-pass compression experiment was carried out on Gleeble-2000 thermal simulator for a steel micro-alloyed with Nb, the deformation resistance of the testing steel under different deformation temperature and deformation rates was measured, and the influences of different process parameters on the dynamic recrystallization and deformation resistance were analyzed. The activation energy of dynamic recrystallization in peak state and steady state is respectively determined as 245.448 kJ/mol and 166.994 kJ/mol, and the mathematical model of high temperature deformation resistance is established. The model has good curve-fitting performance, the expected values close to the measured ones, which provides necessary theoretic basis for the calculation of force-energy parameters.
