摘　　要：目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对肛肠术后疼痛程度及缩短创面愈合时间的疗效。方法:2007年5月～2008年5月,我院肛肠术后患者216例,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组外敷MEBO纱条,对照组外科换药治疗,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度及创面愈合时间。结果:实验组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),创面无继发感染,局部皮肤平复。结论:MEBO对减轻肛肠术后疼痛,促进术后创面愈合有显著的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO on relieving pain and shortening the wound healing time for the patients of post -anorectal surgery. Method： 216 patients of post -anorectal surgery were collected from May. 2007 to May. 2008. All patients were divided into experiment group （ MEBO ointment gauze） and control group （ routine surgical dressing） randomly and evenly. The degree of post - surgery pain and wound healing time of two groups were compared. Result： The post - surgery pain of experiment group was significant lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while wound healing time of two groups has also significant difference （P 〈0. 01 ）. Local skin was smooth and no secondary infection observed in experimental group. Conclusion： MEBO has remarkable effect on the patients of post - anorectal surgery in relieving pain and promoting wound healing.
