肠毒素型大肠杆菌F18菌毛对产蛋鸡免疫的原性

摘　　要：提取猪源肠毒素型大肠杆菌(ETEC)标准株和临床分离株F18菌毛,并制备弗氏佐剂苗,分别免疫产蛋母鸡后用间接ELISA法定期检测母鸡卵黄抗体和血清抗体效价.结果表明:无论标准株还是分离株,F18菌毛对产蛋鸡均具有良好的免疫原性,卵黄抗体效价最高可达1∶25600,血清抗体效价高于卵黄抗体效价,最高可达1∶51200.F18 fimbriae of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli （ETEC） standard strain and local isolates were respectively extracted with thermoextract method. Vaccines were made of each fimbriae and Freund＇s adjuvant and two groups of laying hens were immunized respectively. And then, the antibodies were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The results indicated that two fimbriae could induce significant immune responses, the serum antibody titer reached 1：51200 and the egg yolk antibody titer reached 1 ： 25600.
