摘　　要：通过诱变育种方法筛选抗营养阻遏高产木素酶白腐菌,得到1株编号为pc5305的突变菌株,该菌株具有在营养富氮条件下高产木素过氧化物酶(LiP)、锰过氧化物酶(MnP)且菌体生长与酶合成同步的特性.Screening white rot fungi resistant to nutritional repression and high producing lignases through the method of mutation breeding, obtaining a mutant strain mumbered as pc5305. The strain has the characteristics of high-producing LiP and MnP in the entrophic conditions and synchronism of cell growth and enzyme synthesis.
