摘　　要：阐述了影响我国高等农业院校博士生质量的因素主要有:学科发展水平、博士生导师队伍、博士生素质、管理制度、经费投入、条件建设等,分析了提高我国高等农业院校博士生质量的意义,并有针对性地提出了:加强学科建设、建设一支高水平的博士生导师队伍、提高博士生生源质量、完善博士生教育管理制度、改善博士生科研环境等对策。This paper describes the factors affecting the quality of doctoral candidates in agricultural universities,which include the development level of science and technology, the quality of doctoral supervisors and doctoral candidates,management system, the research fund input, the research condition and so on. It analyzes the meanings of improving the qualities of doctoral candidates and then presents some specific countermeasures as follows： strengthening the discipline construction of doctoral education, forming a team of doctoral supervisors of high quality, enhancing the quality of the doctoral candidates, perfecting the management system of doctoral education and improve the research condition for the doctoral students.
