摘　　要：中国外汇市场的发展不仅表现在交易量快速上升,也表现在市场结构和功能上的明显提升,以及人民币汇率形成机制的更加完善。面对国际贸易中主要结算货币汇率不稳定的挑战,实施人民币"走出去"是促进贸易和投资便利化的措施。受欢迎的结算货币需要有开放而强大的金融市场作支撑,而打造稳定高效的基础设施有利于金融市场对外开放进程的平稳、协调、有序。The development of China＇s foreign exchange market is not only represented by its rapidly increased trading volumes, but also by its improved market structure and functions, as well as its enhanced RMB exchange rate forming mechanism. Facing the challenge of unstable exchange rates of major settlement currencies in international trade, the RMB ＂going-out＂ strategy will promote trade and investment in the market. These well-accepted currencies are normally supported by their open and well-built financial markets, and the establishment of a stable and efficient infrastructure will ensure a stable, harmonious and ordered opening process of the financial market.
