摘  要:安全性评价是提高企业安全生产水平的重要措施之一.基于熵权的TOPSIS方法是一种新的安全性评价方法,该方法以熵理论确定了评价指标的权重———熵权,从而避免了低层次多因素权重确定的主观性.以评价对象与理想解和负理想解的距离确定的相对接近度作为评价准则,避免了评价方法的主观性.通过对平顶山煤业(集团)有限责任公司一矿井下运输系统的安全性进行评价,得出了各子系统的安全性排序,指出了各子系统存在的问题并提出了相应的改进措施.结果表明,该方法易于操作,便于推广使用.Safety evaluation is one of the most effective countermeasures to improve the safety in enterprises. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) based on entropy weight is a new safety evaluation method. Entropy weight is ascertained by entropy theory, and the subjectivity in ascertaining the weights of more factors in lower hierarchy is avoided. The relative adjacent degree, which is ascertained via the distance between evaluation objects and the ideal solution and the distance between evaluation objects and the negative ideal solution, is taken as the evaluation criterion in this method. Therefore the subjectivity of evaluation model is avoided. This method is applied to the safety evaluation of underground transportation system in the 1^st Mine Pingdingshan Coal Group Corporation Ltd. The order preference of safety in all sub-systems is obtained. At the same time, the problems existing in all sub-systems are pointed out. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The evaluation result indicates that this method is easy and can be popularized.
