摘 要:利用烘箱氧化法、高压差示扫描法和旋转氧弹法研究了不同基属原油生产的三种加氢润滑油基础油和一种合成油对抗氧剂的感受性,同时也研究了在环烷酸铁存在下对抗氧剂的感受性。结果表明:含硫酚抗氧剂能够使基础油的颜色变深和产生沉淀;胺型抗氧剂与含硫酚型抗氧剂复配后在基础油中的抗氧化效果较好,能够有效的抑制基础油的粘度增长和酸值增加;胺型和酚型抗氧剂在控制油品沉淀和保持油品颜色方面比含硫酚型抗氧剂要好;HVIWH125基础油和PAO-6合成油对抗氧剂的感受性比较好。The Oven Oxidation Test (OOT), Pressurized Differential Scanning Calorimeter(PDSC) and Rotary Bomb Oxidation Test (RBOT) were used to study the receptivity of three hydrotreated base stocks which were produced from different type crude oils and a PAO to different type of antioxidants. And the receptivity in the presence of Fe was also investigated. It was found that sulphur - containing phenolic antioxidants cause the base stocks to appear opaque and deposition after oxidation. Aromatic amine antioxidant shows good synergistic anti - oxidative effect with sulphur - containing phenolic derivatives, and restrains effectively the viscosity and acid value increase of o dant are superior to sulphur - containing phenolic antioxidants in restraining Aromatic amine antioxidant and phenolic antioxioil precipitate. And the receptivity of HVIWH125 base stock and PAO -6 to antioxidants is more excellent.
