F_1抗原含量低的鼠疫菌株的生物学特性及其流行病学意义

摘　　要：应用反相间接血凝试验,我国17个生态型的544株鼠疫菌进行F_1抗原测定,结果有4株表现F_1抗原含量低。通过对其生物学特性研究,表明F_1抗原含量低菌株亦可引起(实验性)动物鼠疫.进行了流行病学分析。To use the RHIA test, having gone the F1 - antigen determination to the 544 strains of Y. pestis from the 17 eco-types in China. There are four strains at low content in this result. It is obvious that llie low content strains can give rise to an animal plague by the study of its diological characteristic. Having gone on the epidemiological significant analysis, and gave an inspecting method to1 low content of Y .Pestis.
