摘  要:用随机区组设计方法,将小鼠随机分为高碘、低碘、适碘3组。碘通过饮水给予,复制成高碘、低碘甲状腺肿动物模型,进而对甲状腺肿动物进行胚胎毒性观察。结果发现:(1)甲状腺肿孕鼠的受孕率、吸收胎率、死胎率、畸胎率及胎鼠的外观、内脏、骨骼畸形,3组间未发现有显著差异。3组间窝平均体重和窝平均胎盘重亦未发现有差别。(2)高碘组活胎平均身长较适碘组短,低碘组活胎平均尾长较适碘组短,尾椎数较适碘组少。(3)高碘组仔鼠的囱门闭合程度较适碘组迟缓,而低碘组仔鼠的囱门闭合程度,胸骨、枕骨的发育程度均较适碘组明显迟缓。(4)高碘、低碘组仔鼠长毛、张耳、睁眼等生理发育时间均较适碘组明显延迟。提示:①高碘可引起一定的胚胎毒性,其机理与低碘可能不同。②告诫人们对高碘危害应引起足够的重视。Mice were divided into three groups in this study (high iodine, low iodine and middle iodine group) by randomized block design . Mice goiler model of high iodine and low iodine were replicated . Embryotonicity of goiter model was further observed . The results showed that: ① There were no signficant differences in conception rate,absorptive tetus rate, fetus death rate and teratism rate in conceptive mice with goiter among three groups. No significant differences were found in appearance, internal organs and skeleton malformation in lelus mice among three groups. There was no significant difference in mean litter body weight and mean litter placenta weight among three groups.②The crown - rump length of alive fetus in high iodine group was shorter than that in middle iodine group. The length of tail and the number of tail vertebrates of fetus in low iodine group was lower than that in middle iodine group. ③ The time of occlusion of fontanelle in high and low iodine group and the development of occipital bone and termini in low' iodine group was remarkably retarded. ④ The physiological lime of hair - germinating, ear - spreading, eye - opening were remarkably retarded . This study revealed that ① There was embryotoxicity on mice in high iodine group to a certain degree as that in low iodine group, the emhryotoxical mechanism of high iodine is probably different from that of low iodine. ②This study exhorts human being to pay enough attention to the harm of high iodine .
