摘 要:利用Li-6400便携式光合分析仪测定黑籽雀稗的光合特性。结果表明,黑籽雀稗的光合日变化呈双峰型,有明显的"午休"现象。11:00左右出现第1个峰值(Pn为28.8μmol/m2.s),15:00左右出现第2个峰值(Pn为21.59μmol/m2.s),变化趋势与气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等因子相同。黑籽雀稗叶片的光饱和点(LSP)为1 700μmol/(m2.s),光补偿点(LCP)20μmol/(m2.s),表观光量子效率(AQY)0.0739 mol/mol,CO2饱和点(CSP)600.01μmol/mol,CO2补偿点(CCP)21.89μmol/mol,羧化效率(CE)0.0846μmol/(m2.s)。Paspalum atratum is a perennial forage grass.This field study investigated the photosynthetic characteristics of P.atratum.Gas exchange was measured using a LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system on clear days in May.The photosynthesis showed a double-peak with a considerable noon inhibition,and belonged to the stomatal limitation type.The first peak appeared at about 11:30 a.m.when Pn reached 28.8 μmol/(m^2·s) while the second peak appeared at about 15:00 when Pn was 21.59 μmol/(m^2·s).The change was positively related to variations of Gs and Tr.The light saturation and compensation points,and apparent quantum yield of P.atratum were about 1 700 and 20 μmol/(m^2·s),and 0.073 9 mol/mol,respectively.The CO2 saturation and compensation points,carboxylation efficiency were 600.01 and 21.89 μmol/mol,and 0.084 6 μmol/(m^2·s),respectively.
