摘  要:利用超声波提取和气质联用分析法,对散尾葵的提取物进行了组分和含量分析。结果表明,提取物含酸类化合物2种,占提取物总量的1.20%;醇类化合物3种,占提取物总含量1.78%;酯类化合物5种,占提取物总量的7.11%;烷类化合物5种,占提取物总量的13.27%;醚类化合物2种,占提取物总含量3.36%;酮类化合物1种,占提取物总含量0.41%。利用散尾葵提取物对10种居室空气中收集的细菌进行了抑菌性测定,对其中7种具有抑菌活性,而对放线菌、动性球菌、冷杆菌无抑制作用。对葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌力最强,125mg/ml浓度提取液抑菌率达到100%。The composition and their content of the supersonic extract from the flower, Chrysalidocarpus lutescens, were determined by GC-MS. The results showed that there were 2 acid compounds in the extracts accounting the total content for 1.20%, and 3 alcohol compounds accounting for 1.78%, 5 ester compounds accounting for 7.11%, alkyl compounds accounting for 13.27%, 2 ether compounds accounting for 3.36%, 1 ketenes accounting for 0.41%. Ten species of microorganisms residing in air was used to test the inhibition of the extract above. Seven kinds of which have antibacterial activity, while the Actinomycete, Planococcus, Psychrobatter pulmonis without inhibition. Of which the strongest antibacterial power occurred to Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtitles, 100% inhibitory rate occurred to either with a concentration of 125 mg/L.
