欠发达地区现代农业发展模式研究——以聊城市为例

摘　　要：为探究欠发达地区发展现代农业途径,利用聊城市农业统计资料对其现代农业发展模式进行了系统分析。结果表明:(1)现代农业发展模式可归纳为四种,即种—养—加—农工贸一体化模式,以工补农模式,企业化高科技模式,以及城郊生态农业旅游模式;(2)主要的积极因素是政府扶持,农业产业化经营及科技支撑;(3)存在的主要问题是政府规划不尽合理,资金不足,农业产业化发展水平较低,科技贡献率较低;(4)应积极发挥政府管理服务职能,大力实施农业产业化战略,加快农业科技创新。By using the statistic data, this paper analysed modern agriculture pattern of Liaocheng. The results of this study are as follow： （1）There are four patterns of modern agriculture developed in Liaocheng; （2）The main active factors are the government managements, the agriculture industrialization and the science and technology supports; （3）The main factors restricting modern agriculture development are the immoderate government planning, the limited financing, the lower industrialization and the insufficient contribution of science and technology; （4）The important things need to do are improving the government managements, bringing about industrialization and promoting the progress of technical innovation.
