摘　　要：空间数据的组织管理是GIS的基础和核心。目前,众多的传统关系型数据库都对空间数据存储进行了扩展,将空间数据和属性数据进行一体化存储。论文首先阐述了空间数据组织管理的技术发展及现状,以及OGC规范下的空间数据开放性和标准化,之后结合几种商用和开源空间数据库,介绍基于关系型数据库的空间数据解决方案及其在GIS中的应用。The organization and management of spatial data is the core and foundation in GIS.At present,many of the traditional relational databases has extended in the storage of spatial data,and achieved the storage integration of spatial data and attribute data.In this paper,we firstly describe the technology development and the status of spatial data management,then the openness and standardization of spatial data under the OGC specification.Lastly we introduce the solution for spatial data based on relational database and its application in GIS.
