摘　　要：阐述科技期刊编辑出版流程优化的意义,对科技期刊编辑出版流程进行分析,指出科技期刊编辑出版流程中普遍存在的问题,认为实施科技期刊编辑出版流程的优化必须合理设置机构、建立专业化分工与协作配合的工作体系及建立科学的规章制度以保障流程运行。The significance of optimization of the editing and publishing process of sci-tech periodicals is expounded. Analysis is made of the editing and publishing process of sci-tech periodicals. The main problems arising in the editing and publishing processes such as scheming, paper soliciting, manuscript examining and approving and editing are pointed out. It is concluded that the editing and publishing process of sci-tech periodicals be optimized based on the work system of specialized work division, coordination and cooperation, and the regulations and rules on work.
