摘 要:抗滑移系数是钢结构高强度螺栓连接的重要指标,在保证钢结构连接的可靠性方面具有重要意义,但影响抗滑移系数的因素很多。对5组(25套)摩擦型高强度螺栓试件从喷丸方式、存放时间以及预拉力控制方法等方面对抗滑移系数进行相关的试验研究,发现正面喷丸除锈方式比常规喷丸方式更具优越性;随试件存放时间增加,抗滑移系数也有一定的提高;利用在螺杆上粘贴应变片来控制预拉力方式测定抗滑移系数的可靠性高于轴力计控制预拉力方式。Anti-sliding coefficient is an important index which has important significance for ensuring connection reliability of steel structure. However, many factors can effect on it. Therefore, friction-typed high-strength bolt connection antisliding coefficient was studied on the side of shot peening mode, resting period and pretension controlling method with 5 series specimens (25 sets) . Some conclusions were drawed by experiments. Firstly, front shot peening mode was better than conventional mode in increasing anti-sliding coefficient. Secondly, anti-sliding coefficient could be increased by means of prolonging resting period of piece. Lastly, method of pretension controlling by strain gage had higher reliability than using axial-force meter in determining anti-sliding coefficient.
