澳门回归10年的回顾与展望

摘　　要：澳门回归10年来,在"一国两制"方针和中央政府的有力支持下,澳门发生了巨大的变化,在经济社会发展方面取得了举世瞩目的成就。本文对澳门回归10年来在经济社会发展方面取得的成就进行了较为全面的总结,分析了澳门经济社会发展中存在的问题;特别是针对澳门目前产业结构单一、人力资源短缺和产业转型升级的困扰等问题,阐释了澳门未来经济社会适度多元的发展战略,并对如何促进适度多元的问题提出了具体的对策和建议。Guided by the policy ＂one state, two systems＂ with the powerful support from the central government, great changes have taken place with remarkable achievements in economic and social development since Macao returned ten years ago. The article offers a comprehensive summary of these achievements and an analysis of the problems in the process of economic and social development. The importance of moderate multi-dimensional development for future Macao is discussed against problems such as the sole industry structure, shortage of labors and the difficulty in industrial transformation and upgrading. Suggestions for promoting moderate multi-dimensional development are proposed accordingly.
