摘　　要：一年一次的广电总局科技委会议于2009年11月24日在成都召开。在这次会议上,张海涛副局长全面回顾总结了新中国成立60年来广播影视科技与事业发展的成功经验,分析了当前面临的形势和主要任务;研究并部署了"十二五"广播影视科技和事业发展的基本思路和工作重点,并对进一步做好科技委工作提出几点要求。本刊全文刊登张海涛副局长的讲话内容,供大家学习、领会。The Science and Technology Committee meeting was held on November 24,2009 in Chengdu. On the meeting,Zhang Haitao,deputy director of SARFT,comprehensively reviewed and summed up successful experiences of science,technology and industry of radio,TV and film during the 60 years since the new China was founded,and analyzed the current situation and major tasks. He also studied and arranged basic idea and focus of development of science,technology and industry in the "12th Five-year Plan Period",and put forward some requests for doing work of the Science and Technology Committee better.
