摘  要:为了在自然环境中寻找高效油脂降解菌用于含油污水的处理,从取自哈尔滨市冬季生活污水管道的菌泥中分离出低温细菌24株.通过驯化、分离、纯化,筛选出8株在5℃下对油脂具有分解能力的细菌.经过复筛,确定5#菌为低温高效降解植物油脂的菌株.5#菌在初始ρ(花生油)为4 000 mg/L时,以2%接种量,pH为7.2,摇床转速为120 r/min,5℃下培养5 d,油脂的去除率达70%以上.经过16S rDNA序列分析鉴定发现,5#菌与假单胞菌有99%的相似度.结合形态学、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列分析结果,认定5#菌属于假单胞菌属.Twenty-four low-temperature strains were separated from the sludge in a domestic sewage pipeline in winter in Harbin in order to search for a highly effective oil-degrading strain from the natural environment for the treatment of oil wastewater. Eight low-temperature strains which could decompose oil under 5℃ were selected by domestication, separation and purification. A low-temperature, highly effective plant oil-degrading strain, 5' , was isolated by re-screening and was used for further research. The oil degradation rate reached above 70% after strain 5' was cultivated at a temperature of 5℃ for five days, under the conditions of initial peanut oil mass concentration 4,000 mg/L, inocuhim size 2%, initial pH 7.2, and rotation speed 120 r/min. Strain 5' had a 99% similarity with Pseudomona.s according to analysis of the 16S rDNA array. Strain 5' was proven to belong to Pseudomonas genus based on its morphology, biophysiological and biochemical characteristics and the results of the 16S rDNA array analysis.
