基于表面等离子体共振技术的液相色谱检测器研究

摘　　要：针对传统液相色谱检测器通用性与灵敏度不能兼得,本文报道了一种由SPR传感器、微型流通池、检测电路和液相色谱工作站软件组成的新型SPR液相色谱检测器的研制。运用该检测器,结合泵、分析柱和进样器构成液相色谱系统。对木糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖混合溶液进行检测,获得了三者分离图谱。对不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液进行检测,检测限为20μg,线性范围为20～160μg。结果显示SPR液相色谱检测器通用性较强,灵敏度有待进一步提高。Traditional liquid chromatography detectors don＇t have both strong currency and high sensitivity. According to this,an SPR liquid chromatography detector including SPR sensor,micro flow cell,circuit and software was developed.A chromatography system was put up using this detector together with pump,separation column and sampler to detect carbohydrate.A chromatography of a mixed solution of xylose,glucose and sucrose was obtained.The detection limit of glucose was 20μg,linear range was 20～160μg.The results showed that SPR detector has strong currency,but its sensitivity needs to be further improved.
