摘  要:为了解首饰用玻璃珠对人体的安全性,讨论了用不同萃取方法(模拟人工汗液、0.07mol/L的盐酸溶液、4%的乙酸溶液)处理玻璃珠后,通过火焰原子吸收法测定玻璃珠中可萃取的铅含量。实验结果表明,在弱酸性溶液条件下,玻璃珠中的铅对人体有潜在的健康危害。本方法检出限为0.10 mg/L,操作简便,加标回收率在99~1 03%之间,相对标准偏差小于1%。In order to understand the security influence of jewelry with glass beads on the human body,the extractable lead content in glass beads has been measured with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS).A comparison of different approaches to deal with glass beads,those are simulated sweat and 0.07 mol/L HC1 solution and 4%HAc solution,was discussed for the measured content of extractable lead.The result shows that the lead in glass beads maybe harm the health of human under the condition of weak acid.The detection limit of this method was 0.10 mg/L, operation was easy.The recovery was from 99%to 103%and relative standard deviations were less than 1%.
