摘　　要：以一种多元的视角审视本土历史与现实境遇,在深入发掘法治"孝公难题"的现代解答吁求、法治建设内卷化祛离及化约公民"伪违法"悖论的多重背景下,交叠证成了我国公民法律意识现代转型的急迫性,清理了法治建设的思路障碍,以期为我国公民法律意识现代化转型提供坚固的正当性前设。Examining mainland ＇history and reality by the multi-perspective, discovering thoroughly the Xiaogong Question on the rule of Law.involution of construction country under the rule of law＇ cancellation and solving people＇un-illegal, crossly certificating the urgent circumstance of modern transformation of the our citizen＇s legal consciousness, tidy up the obstacle of the road of construction country under the rule ,for providing proper premise to the business of modern transformation of the citizen＇s legal consciousness.
