摘　　要：本文通过对社区及社区文化概念的解读,社区文化建设的历史回顾,社区文化建设的现状展示来把握社区文化建设的未来发展趋势,认为城市的社区文化建设必然要经历由单一转向多元,由一般转向特色,由集中转向分散,由功利转向公益,由封闭转向开放,由政府主导转向以民间为主的由政府与民间共同管理的过程。this thesis tends to grasp the developing trend of community culture by analyzing the conceptions of community and community culture, meantime in retrospect of the community culture formation history and its present conditions. This thesis holds the idea that the urban community culture formation must gone through the following processes： from unit to multi; from general to special; from centralization to scattering; from personal interests to public interests; from closed to open; from government centered management to civilian centered common management shared with government.
