摘　　要：异构控制网络互联已成为企业信息化建设的一个技术难点和热点课题,目前正越来越受到工程技术人员的关注。通过对OPC技术的深入研究,将该技术应用在基于SIMATICS7-400PLC的Profibus-DP现场总线系统和横河CENTUMCS3000DCS系统的异构控制网络互联过程中,实现了生产控制信息的数据通信,完成了污水系统的虚拟整合。提出的技术方案和实现方法对石化等流程工业同类课题的研发具有重要的工程意义和较高的推广价值。Interconnection of heterogeneous control networks has become one of the technical difficulties and hot subjects in enterprise information construction, and it also attracts more engineers to concern. Through in-depth study on OPC technology, it has been applied in interconnection between two heterogeneous control networks of Profibus-DP fieldbus system based on SIMATIC S7-400 PLC and CENTUM CS3000 DCS from Yokogawa for implementing data communication of production control information, and virtual integration of sewage system. The technical strategy and method proposed provides great significance for researching and developing similar subjects in petrochemical industry with higher extending value.
