摘  要:目的:建立茅苍术药材中β-桉叶醇和苍术素含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Comatex C18-AB(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-水-碳酸氢铵(65∶35∶0.2),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长203nm,柱温为室温(25℃)。结果:被测定峰与相邻峰可达到基线分离;β-桉叶醇和苍术素的线性范围分别为2.3~115.0μg·mL-1(r=1.000)和1.12~56.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.3%和99.9%。结论:本方法准确、简便,重复性好,可作为茅苍术中β-桉叶醇和苍术素的含量测定方法。Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of β-eudesmol and atractylon in Atractylodes lancea.Methods:The determination was performed by HPLC method,a Comatex C18-AB column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-ammonium bicarbonate(65∶35∶0.2) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results:The linear ranges of β-eudesmol and atractylon were 2.3-115.0 μg·mL-1(r=1.000) and 1.12-56.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),respectively;The average recoveries(n=9) of the two components in Atractylodes lancea were 99.3% and 99.9%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,precise and reliable for determination of β-eudesmol and atractylon in Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC.
