摘  要:目的:提取和测定罗布红麻愈伤组织中的绿原酸。方法:利用改良索氏提取法提取了罗布红麻愈伤组织中有效成分,通过显色反应初步确定提取物中绿原酸的存在,利用薄层层析分离鉴定了绿原酸,用高效液相色谱法精确测定了绿原酸的含量。结果:3个样品中均含有绿原酸,1~3号样含量分别为46.11,24.55,62.49μg·mL-1。结论:通过建立罗布红麻愈伤组织培养体系生产高产量绿原酸是可能的。Objective:To extract and determine the chlorogenic acid in the Callus of Apocynum venetum.Methods:The Callus would be extracted by Soxhlet extraction method.The color reaction would be used to preliminary determine the existence of the chlorogenic acid.chlorogenic acid was isolated by TLC method.HPLC was used to accurately determine the content of chlorogenic acid.Results:It was found that all of three samples had chlorogenic acid,the contents from the 1st sample to the 3rd sample were 46.11 μg·mL-1,24.55 μg·mL-1 and 62.49 μg·mL-1 respectively.Conclution:It is possible to produce high-yield chlorogenic acid through the Callus culture system of Apocynum venetum.
