摘  要:目的:测定怀地黄中的有机成分。方法:采用乙醇、二氯甲烷为溶剂提取怀地黄中的有机成分,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对乙醇浸提液和二氯甲烷提取液进行了测定。结果:2种提取液分别检出了98和97种有机成分,但仅有24种成分相同;怀地黄中含有与人体代谢关系密切的维生素E、胆固醇;其成分种类最多的是氨基酸类和醇类化合物,含量较丰富的主要成分有棕榈酸、十八碳二烯化合物、β-谷甾醇、反油酸、维它命E油、4-氢氧胆甾基-4-烯-3-酮、硬脂酸、对甲氧基苄醇、2-氟苯甲酰胺等。结论:本测定结果为研究怀地黄的药效与有机成分的相关性提供了一定的理论依据。Objective:Determination of organic constituents in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.Methods:Using ethanol and dichloromethane as solvent to distill Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch's organic ingredient separately,determination of the ethanol leaching and the dichloromethane extracts by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS).Results:The result was that,had picked out 98 and 97 kind of organic ingredients separately,but only had 24 kinds of ingredients to be same.The experiment discovered that,the Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) Libosch,includes vitamin E and cholesterol which had close relations with human body metabolism;In its ingredient,the amino acid and the alcohol type compound had the most types,the rich principal constituents as fellow:palmitic acid,octadecadienoic,beta-sitosterol,elaidic acid,vitamine,4-hydroxycholest-4-en-3-one,stearicacid,4-methoxybenzylalcohol,2-fluorobenzamide.Conclusions:This determination has provided the theory basis for the research of Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) Libosch's drug efficacy and the organic ingredient correlational dependence.
