摘  要:对用"空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法"测定锂离子电池正极材料中高含量锂的多种影响因素进行了研究。选用硝酸和过氧化氢(10%)为溶剂溶解试样,考察了溶剂类型、酸度、吸光度、仪器工作条件(如灯电流)和一些干扰离子等的影响。经验证明该方法步骤简单、操作易掌握、干扰小、结果可靠。找出了测量的最佳条件;对样品中锂含量的测定,其相对标准偏差小于1.0%(n=6);标准加入回收率为97.2%~102.1%(n=6)。Some important factors influencing the determination of high content lithium in cathode materials of Li-ion battery were studied by the atomic absorption spectrometry. Nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide solution (10%) were chosen as solvent to dissolve the samples. The effects of solvent, acidity, absorbance, operation conditions(e.g. lamp current)and some usually occurring disturbing ions and so on were also studied. It is verified that the method is simple and easy to handle with low disturbance and reliable results. The optimum measuring conditions are determined. The relative standard deviation for measuring lithium content is less than 1.0%(n =6), and the standard adding recovery rate is within 97.2%-102.1%(n =6).
