摘 要:针对隧道、地铁等地下工程中传统振弦式传感器测量仪器通道数少、相互之间通信困难、实时性差的缺点,设计了基于ZigBee(紫蜂)短程无线通信技术的多通道振弦式传感器测频仪(简称测频仪)。测频仪选用ARM7处理器作为控制单元,在μC/OS2操作系统上实现多通道分组式测量,并利用ZigBee无线通信模块使多台测频仪之间自动组建无线网络并建立动态路由,方便实现多监测点环境下数据的采集和传输,适用于测量点数多、覆盖范围大、传统无线网络不能覆盖而对实时性要求较高的工程。Traditional vibrating-wire sensor measure instruments used in tunnels and underground projects usually have difficulty to communicate with each other,with poor real-time capability and fewer channels.To solve these problems,a multi-channel vibrating-wireless sensor frequency measurement instrument based on ZigBee(a short range wireless communication technology) was designed.This instrument chooses the ARM7 processor as the control unit,and accomplishes the grouped multi-channel measurement based on μC/OS 2 operation system.Using the ZigBee module,the instrument can automatically construct network connection and dynamic routing between each other,and easily realize the monitoring points data collection and transmission control.It can be applied in project which has many monitoring points spreading over a wide area that can't be covered by traditional wireless network and requires real-time control.
