摘 要:PCB空心线圈具有测量准确度高、稳定性和参数一致性好、设计和加工方便等优点,适合用作电子式电流互感器。但由于结构和制作工艺不同于常规空心线圈,因此其电磁参数也不同于常规空心线圈。按通常的单纯优化负载电阻阻值的方法可能无法同时满足高准确度和高动态特性的要求。通过对线圈等效电路模型及电磁参数的分析,提出了在PCB空心线圈的输出端串联一个校正网络并优化配置零极点的方法。仿真及实验结果表明,该方法能有效抑制线圈输出的高频振荡,在保证稳态0.2 S准确度等级的情况下实现了其动态性能的优化。Printed-circuit board(PCB) air-core coil is suitable to be used as current measurement,because it has good features in measurement accuracy,consistency of parameters,convenient design and manufacture.The electromagnetic parameters of PCB coil is different from conventional coils because of the different coil structure and manufacture technology.Thus,the steady-state measurement error and the dynamic characteristics can not be achieved simultaneously if the conventional optimization method of load resistor is adopted.Based on the analysis on the equivalent circuit model and electromagnetic parameters of PCB coils,the dynamic characteristics optimization method with correction network and zero-pole point configuration is presented.Mathematic analysis and experiment results show that the high frequency oscillation of coil is suppressed as the stead-state measurement accuracy of 0.2 S is ensured.
