摘 要:利用L9(34)正交试验设计表,采用绿原酸、咖啡酸、异槲皮苷三种单体为含量测定指标,同时考虑总固体物得率,探讨了返魂草提取工艺中的几个影响因素,并对实验结果进行极差和方差分析.实验结果表明,提取次数为3次、90℃条件下、乙醇质量分数为60%、每次提取6 h为最佳提取工艺.该工艺操作简便、稳定可靠,为返魂草新制剂的研究提供了参考.A reasonable extraction process to the chemical constituents of Senecio cannabifolius I.ess. was designed. Method of L9(3^4) orthogonal design was employed with con.tent of effective constituents chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, isoquereitrin as assaying investigating indexes first time and re garding total solids yield simultaneously. The three compounds content was determinated by RP HPI.C and approached several influencing factors of extracting technology of Senecio cannaDifolius Less.. Test result was detected with range analysis and variance analysis . Optimum extraction process consisted of refluxing for 3 times, at 90℃, with 60% ethanol and 6 h each time. Such a convenient procedure is steady, reliable, and provides base for its new preparation.
