摘　　要：创业素质是大学生创业的核心竞争力,也是决定大学生创业成败的关键因素之一。作为行业院校的煤炭类高校大学生,创业精神、创业能力、创业知识结构、创业的个性心理品质是其创业素质的中心要素。而且,煤炭高校大学生创业素质具有整合性、发展性、稳定性、实践性、高层次性等特征。Entrepreneurial quality is the core competitiveness of university students＇ entrepreneurship and also one of the key factors to decide whether the students succeed or not in their entrepreneurship. The university students in the coal-related universities should have such entrepreneurial qualities of central element as entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial knowledge structure and entrepreneurial personal-psychology quality. In addition, Entrepreneurial quality of the students in coal universities is of such characteristics as integrity,development,stability, practicality and high-level nature.
