摘　　要：目的观察、了解患者的心理变化,加强对透析患者心理障碍的预防和治疗,使其充分了解疾病、认识疾病,积极配合治疗。方法根据患者不同的心理障碍,进行有针对性的心理疏导,加强情感交流与沟通,定时与家属沟通以取得配合,共同消除患者的心理障碍。结果患者可以有效地改善心态,积极主动的配合治疗,提高透析疗效,减少并发症的发生,提高生存的质量。Objective To observe and find out the psychological changes of patients, strengthen the prevention and treatment of psychological obstacles to the patients with hemodialysis so as to fully understand the disease to actively treat the disease. Methods According to the different psychological obstacles from patients, to do the targeted psychological counseling, strengthen the emotional exchange and communication, communicate regularly with their families to eliminate psychological obstacles. Results The patients can improve the mentality effectively to actively treat their disease so as to enhance the dialysis efficacy and decrease the complication and improve their life quality.
