摘　　要：目的探讨第10染色体同源丢失性磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因(phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome ten,PTEN)在食管癌组织中的表达及其临床相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测PTEN基因在68例食管癌组织和相应手术远端正常食管组织的表达情况。结果食管癌中PTEN蛋白表达率为67.6%,癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率为100%,差异显著(p<0.05)。PTEN的表达与肿瘤分化程度,淋巴结转移及浸润深度相关。结论从蛋白水平证明PTEN基因表达的降低与食管癌的发生、发展及临床病理特征有关。Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN protein and the relationship with clinic characteristics of esophageal carcinoma.Methods To detect protein expression of PTEN in 68 cases of esophageal carcinoma and normal esophageal tissues closely adjacent to carcinoma by immunohistochemistry.Results The incidence of PTEN in esophageal carcinoma was 67.6% , while in normal esophageal tissue it was 100% .The difference is significant （p〈0.05）. The expression of PTEN was correlated with the degree of differentiafion of carcinoma, lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion.Conclusion The decreased expression of PTEN may play an important role in the occurrence ,delvlopment and clininal pathologic features of esophageal carcinoma.
