超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗青光眼合并白内障

摘　　要：目的观察超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效及并发症。方法对100例(112眼)青光眼合并白内障患者进行小梁切除联合超声乳化人工晶体植入,术后测量眼压,检查视力,观察并发症。结果术后1周矫正视力为0.04～1.0,较术前提高者106眼(94.6%),其中最佳矫正视力>0.3者91眼(81.2%)。术后1周眼压1.89±0.73kPa,较术前3.26±0.65 kPa明显下降(p<0.01)。术后并发症主要是虹膜反应、角膜水肿及术后大瞳孔。结论超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障损伤小、视力恢复快、降低眼压、并发症少。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and complications in treatment of cataracta glauca complicated with cataract with hypersound emulsification and trabculectomy. Methods complications were observed after the surgery of ultrasound emulsification, trabculectomy and artificial lens implantation in 112 eyes of 100 cases with cataracta glauca complicated with cataract, followed by measurement of intra-ocular tension and inspection of visual capacity. Results corrected visual acuity one week postsurgery was ranged from 0.04 to 1.0. there were 106 eyes（94.6% ）elevated in corrected visual acuity compared to that of preoperative, with optimal corrected vision 〉 0.3 in 91 eyes（81.2%）.intra-ocular tension postoperation was significantly decreased compared with that of preoperative （1. 89 ± 0. 73kPa Vs 2.26±0.65 kPa, p〈0.01）.iris response,,corneal bedewing and big pupilla were observed as the main complications. Conclusions Ultrasound emulsification and trabculectomy in treatment of cataracta glauca complicated with cataract is a effective therapeutic with characters of little damage,fast recovery of visual capacity , decreased of intraocular tension and few complication.
