摘  要:设计了一款流线型轴流血泵,利用CFD软件CFX计算得到该血泵在不同转速下的压头和流量关系曲线,与实验数据吻合较好。讨论了该血泵内部的切应力分布并计算其溶血指数,分析了泵内流场及其对效率、溶血的影响。A new streamlined axial blood pump was developed and manufactured, commercial CFD software CFX was used to numerically obtain the pressure head and flow flux relations validated by in-vitro test. A comparison of CFD data with experimental measurements shows the agreement, and the hemolytic properties of the pump was analyzed. The flow field in the pump was also displayed and examined in the view of its impact on efficiency and hemolytic characteristics, to offer the basic support for the further optimization of the blood pump inducing better flow field.
