摘　　要：以三羟甲基丙烷与椰子油酸为原料，采用酯化法合成出了具有润滑性能的三羟甲基丙烷酯。最佳工艺条件为：催化剂SnCl2·2H2O用量为4．0％，醇酸摩尔比为1：3．2，反应温度在170-180℃，反应时间为3．5～4．0h，并将产品应用于切削液配方研究。Trimethylolpropane oleic acid easter was synthesized by esterification reaction of trimethylolpropane and coconut oleic acid as the raw material. Under the optimum conditions, the SnCl2·2H2O catalyst amount was 4%, n（ trimethylolpropane） ： n（ coconut oleic acid）was 1：3.2, reaction temperature was 170-180℃, reaction time was 3.5-4. 0h . The production was used for the formula of cutting fluids.
