摘  要:对5种不同长短轴之比K的椭圆管层流区管内换热特性与阻力特性进行研究。通过数值计算的方法获得了雷诺数在500-2300范围内椭圆管管内平均与局部对流换热系数与阻力系数,发现椭圆管管内层流区换热系数的计算采用当量直径的方法计算误差较大,引入综合性能参数(Nu/f),绘制5种管型的局部系数沿管壁的变化趋势曲线。研究结果表明,数值计算结果与实验值吻合良好;在一定的雷诺数下,随着长短轴之比K的增大,其平均换热系数逐渐增大,阻力系数也逐渐增大,尤其在低雷诺数下,其增幅更大;更进一步发现,每种类型的椭圆管具有类似的局部换热特性;一定雷诺数范围内,随着椭圆管长短轴之比K的增大,管内综合性能逐渐下降。The heat transfer and flow resistance characteristic in elliptical tubes with five kinds of axis radio K were investigated. Numerical calculation was used to investigate the local and average convective heat transfer coefficients and flow resistance coefficients with the Reynolds number ranging from 500 to 2300. A parameter of comprehensive performance (Nu/f) was introduced. At last, local heat transfer curve along tube wall was showed. The results showed that the experiment basically tallied with the value of numerical calculation. Equivalent diameter may led to a great error when calculating heat transfer coefficient of elliptical tubes in the laminar region. With the increase of axis radio K, convective heat transfer coefficients increased, while flow resistance coefficients also increased in the same Reynolds number. It was found the local convective heat transfer coefficients were similar for five types of elliptical. Comprehensive performance (Nu/f) gradually decreased with the increase of axis radio K.
