摘 要:以自行开发的高效复合除磷材料(EPRC)为对象,对在不同初始磷浓度、不同温度下的吸附除磷动力学过程进行了分析.结果表明,一级和准二级动力学模型均可较好地反映不同初始浓度下的等温吸附动力学,一级的相关系数略大于二级,可更准确地描述吸附过程.热力学分析表明,在不同温度下,EPRC对磷的吸附焓变均为正值,为吸热过程,且其最小值大于40kJ/mol 平均吸附能E的能量范围为8-16kJ/mol,表明该吸附属化学吸附.EPRC在高温下容易吸附磷,反应的ΔG0为负值,该过程是自发进行的,其表观活化能小于100kJ/mol.Adsorption kinetic process of phosphorus adsorption by efficient phosphorus removal composite(EPRC) which was developed by ourselves was investigated under different initial phosphorus concentration and different temperature.Results show that both the pseudo-first and second-order kinetic models can well describe the isothermal adsorption process under different initial phosphorus concentration,and the correlation coefficients of the pseudo-first equations is better,so it can describe the adsorption process more accurately.The enthalpy change of the phosphorus adsorption by EPRC is positive,so the process is endothermic and the minimal value is more than 40 kJ/mol.The range of average adsorption energy E is between 8-16 kJ/mol and it indicates that the adsorption process belongs to chemical adsorption.EPRC can adsorb phosphorus well under high temperature,and the value of ΔG0 is negative,so the process is spontaneous and the apparent activation energy is less than 100 kJ/mol.
